As has been previously determined, the only way to enjoy being outside in August in Phoenix is to be WET. Thus, a very, very wet weekend. It started on Saturday, with our church doing a, you guessed it, water day!!

After a very wet Saturday, we got flood irrigation on Sunday, and had all the friends over, hooked up the minis, and surfed the evening away!!

Awesome pics!! The surfing looks like a lot of fun! Up here in the Pacific Northwest, it's been cool and cloudy but with hints of sunshine, too. :) Perfect weather for getting me all excited for fall (yep, already thinking about fall)!

DeleteYou guys have more fun than should be considered healthy. :P ;) What an awesome way to spend the day!! :D Looks like y'all had a ball. :D It reminds me of a couple of birthday parties we had last summer... waterbomb fights, mud fights, all ending up in our dirty dam, grey with mud; rotten vegetables flying through the air... Ahh yes. This is the life! :D
