Morning driving us crazy....

Our last mare to foal, Morning, is driving us crazy!! The average gestation for a mini is 336 days, but mares will tend to follow their gestation from previous years. Last year for Morning was 341 days which would have made her due on February 12. Today is 353 days for her! This means that we cannot go anywhere or do anything without either Mom or I staying home to keep an eye on her. So, I am consoling myself by sitting here watching other mares foal out on http://www.marestare.com/. It is really interesting watching how other people handle their mare's births...and reading all the comments on the MessageBoard. Please keep praying for Morning...we are getting nervous! She could wait till a year which would be March 8. This is a really good friend of our's grandson's first birthday, so she says Morning is waiting for Cody's birthday..... Here she is...
